Best to avoid: According to the information I obtained, Basa is contaminated with antibiotics, many of which are banned in the US due to safety concerns. In general pregnant women are advised to limit intake of many types of fish due to toxic chemicals or metals accumulating in their tissue. you are still in the phase of pregnancy wher defects can occur. So I wouldn't eat it. Pregnant or not.

will need to see MD: That is not enough information. You are quite young. Did you have an injury? Have you had this before? Is it low back pain from a nerve pinch.?Could you have magnesium deficiency? Could your vit d3 level be too low?  Does heat, or cold, or massage make it better?

The Pleasure center: in YOUR brain is connected to your neck which in turn is connected to your back and triggers what you've heard people talk about as that "warm fuzzy feeling inside."  Personally, when I see a movie with a particularly emotional scene or a parent lamenting over their child with Cancer and break down...I get a tingly sensation in my nose. Strong emotions can provoke funny feelings of all types.

Assertiveness skills: I agree...... We have to develop a "back bone, " to value who we are, be confident in ourselves, and learn to stand up for what we deserve.   We all can benefit from assertiveness training, and develop the necessary skills of a person with "back bone."  you can do it with an individual therapist or in a group process. Look for a psychologist with expertise in assertiveness training.

Clean and Dry: A complete resection of the pilonidal sinus should result in a cure from this problem. Keep your healing wound clean and dry. 

If you have hair in the area, then once you are completely healed, you can use a depilatory cream to remove all hair from the area.

Depending on the degreeof inversion, it takes short or longer time but th ekey is to make sure the baby keeps sucking a tthe brest even if it si wiht the nipple shields.
