Generics vs brand: Good morning Nicki. In most cases generic medicines are as good as brand ones, unless a reaction develops with a generic drug or the desired effect isn't achieved. It is worth the try,  unless the the treating physician judges otherwise, wish you and your husband all the best

Depends: Depends on what you consider "nice"...This can be different in different cultures and at different times...The answer is part of the nature/nurture issue...Most morphological issues are from both genetics and nutrition and activity levels....You can't do much about genetics, but you can eat healthy and exercise. If you do that, you will be okay. Appreciate what you are...Not what you are not.

Diet and exercise: You need to eat a well balanced diet with plenty of protein, but do not exceed 2000 calories per day.  you need to do a combination of aerobic ( jogging) and strength training ( weights) exercises.  To improve your abbs, you need to do sit ups/ crunches/ and other abdominal exercises that will tone your core muscles.  You can find these on the internet.
