Not usually: Penile pain after an appendectomy is not common.  If you had a Foley catheter during the procedure, you may have some irritation from that .  A urinary tract infection is also a possibility.  I would recommend a visit with your doctor for a urinalysis.

after appendix surgery, doing intance activities could you develope having hernia?  how can you tell if you have hernia or not?

Doing too much : If you lift heavy things, cough a lot, do too much exercise before you're healed, it can cause a hernia. It would be a bulge at an incision which changes size, ie gets bigger with effort then smaller when you relax.

how long should i wait before going back to the gym after an appendix surgery? it was an open surgery, 4.5 cm incision. i'm 25 yo.

A few weeks: Wounds in healthy people reach 70-80% of full healed strength in about a month. Thus traditional advice is one month before engaging in strenuous muscular activity. Cardio activity may be ok earlier. Some appendectomy incisions created in a manner designed to protect muscles &amp; may speed recovery. Check with  your Doc. Hope this helps.

Yes, usually fine: Eating eggs is totally permissible for those that do not have an appendix, if it was removed for acute appendicitis.  On rare occasion, undiagnosed intolerance or allergy to eggs can result in a misdiagnosis of appendicitis.  In this case, the symptoms (abdominal pain, diarrhea) will persist after appendectomy, since the allergy is in the intestinal tract.  If this is the case, see an allergist.

YES: I know of no contraindications against flying after this limited surgery!
AS ALWAYS ...check it with your treating surgeon!

Missing data: How long ago was the surgery ? Is the kid home or hospitalized ? Any fever ? Have you called the treating surgeon ? You get the most from this site when you provide specific background information that will allow a reasoned response to any question. There is too much missing info here to be precise but it doesn't sound normal, You need to call the treating doc.

Serious condition: This requires more or ouch evaluation. You could have a partial bowel obstruction due to previous abdominal surgery but in all likelihood, this is not directly related to the appendectomy. It sounds as of you may have a malabsorption syndrome or possible disease effecting the bile duct, pancreas or gallbladder. Discuss with your primary care physician or gastroenterologist.

Get a physical from your MD to make sure exercise is safe. Next, study healthy foods for each meal and change your diet.
