when you have a gum inflammation & you have a wisdom tooth coming though on top right side. can wisdom tooth affect how long the inflammation goes ?

Yes.: Active tooth eruption means the immediate area will be inflammed until the tooth fully erupts or is removed.
Inflammation is OFTEN be a sign of infection. Antibiotics with or without periodontal treatment may be needed before the inflammation resolves. 
Meticulous home care is essential with gentle brushing after any food intake and flossing slowly (not aggressively) twice a day.

Eruption pain: When a wisdom tooth is trying to erupt, the area behind the second molar can become tender or even painful. This is called pericornitis. Anti inflammatory otc medication works best to control this pain.  Pain may last for a few days and then subside. If it happens frequently, then you may need to seek care and have the teeth removed. Ask your dentist.

Not usually.: You woudd have to have a major facial infection from the tooth to involve the parotid. Most if not all wisdom tooth problems are localized.

Dental pain: You will need an antibiotic untill you can get a dentist appointment 
You can also take ibuprofen to improve the inflammation.

See your dentist: Dry sockets do occur, especially if you are smoking (don't!). Please call the dentist who removed your tooth. He/she will evaluate for any infection, any secondary problem, and possibly place a soothing packing at the site.  Antibiotics may not be necessary unless there is swelling. Call today.

i have pain in my jaws. looks like that's due to my new wisdom  tooth. is it normal to have new tooth in every 7-8 months? it tears my underlined skin

Not correct: At 58 the last of your teeth should have erupted &gt;40 years ago.  It's important that you see a dentist or oral surgeon immediately for an examination.  This is definitely something that should be evaluated right away.

Not every time: Unless the tooth is erupted into the mouth, it would be quite difficult to determine it's trajectory.  Definitive evaluation can be achieved with a cbct scan of the jaws.  Consider a practitioner who has that technology available for a complete diagnosis.

Seek help: Any sudden pain, bleeding, or (as in your case) swelling should be evaluated immediately.  See your Oral Surgeon, General Dentist, General Physician, ENT Specialist, Urgent Care, or ER.  Seek immediate care.

I : I am sorry that you are having to go through all of this.  I agree that your wisdom tooth will need to be extracted to prevent further inflammation.  I would advise that you follow your provider's advice on this issue.  It sounds like you had problems with prior filling work, but please do get a filling of this area, but be sure to let your doctor know your prior problems.  I agree with you that good general care can help the situation, but it sounds like you have a very serious problem that needs aggressive work.
