Inconsistent: The liver can partially regenerated if a portion of a healthy liver is removed surgically.  When you take drugs that cause liver toxicity, they do so over the entire liver and may cause damage severe enough that regeneration is not possible.

If your doctor is not a psychiatrist, you might consider consulting with one for further options.  Also, consider working with a psychologist in therapy for anxiety.

Selenium and natural: Hashimoto's thyroiditis can often be treated with selenium supplementation to bring down the antibody levels as well as a low inflammatory diet. The natural thyroid supplements tend to be more physiologic but on occasion the antibodies may attack the natural replacement therapy as well. Generally it is best to start with the natural thyroid replacements and monitor antibody levels.

Maybe: If you exercise at a high intensity and have an infection you need to back off some if you have significant fever you might need to take break and rest. Some antibiotics risk a serious skin reaction if sun exposed.Why are you taking antibiotic?
