Stage of puberty : Most boys and girls are done growing by 18. However, some may have a delay in pubertal development which could lead to a growth spurt later in adolescence. It is difficult to answer without at least and x-ray of your left hand which would help to identify if you still have open growth plates. If you have concerns regarding delayed puberty or a slow growth rate, please discuss this with your doc.

Most likely not: Most women stop their height growth 2 years after their first menses, about 13-14 yrs old. Surest test is bone age. Have an X-Ray of hand and fingers and wrist. You can find standards on the web. You can ask your mom and dad when they stopped growing.

Voice: Although the voice box may grow some, the deepening of the voice is more from thickening of the vocal cords.  This is probably happening as he goes through puberty, although the actual change in the voice can occur rather quickly.

Yes: That is a possibility as long as the child is not ill or loosing weight.

5 cm per year: is the average rate of growth. Most children do not have growing pains.

Not growing: 5 years after your first period you should be fully grown so a growth spurt is not likely. If you have an increasing appetite it is probably from other factors. Increased calorie needs can result from new levels of exercise, new body requirements (pregnancy), or nutritional deficiencies (iron deficiency anemia).

Unsure: I am not sure with this history.  If your breast is swelling you may have development problems and possibly mastitis which is infection in your ducts or glands.  I am not sure of your age so get checked.

Small, medium, large: Hard to find good, consistent info on penis sizes, but several doctors on HealthTap have offered opinions. It looks like the average erect one is 5-6 inches, so if one is concerned about being too long, he can talk with his doctor. By age 18, a penis is likely as long as it will get. There's no way to make a penis shorter, so what will be, will be. Doctor can examine, if a patient is worried.

Of course: The growth spurt takes place in the teen years and is typically over by age 18.  Even if your puberty was delayed, your growth spurt was completed more than 20 years ago. Sorry but nothing will make you any taller.
