: Female "ejaculation" occurs when lubricating fluid inside the vagina is pushed out by the strong contractions of the uterus and vagina upon orgasm. Anything in the vagina at the time will be either dribbled or squirted out depending on the strength of the contraction and the narrowness of the vagina. It can look liquidy, bubbly, or even pasty depending on the contents of the vagina. Normal.

Eczema: Your daughter suffers from atopic dermatitis or eczema. Cotton clothing is best ; avoid wool & synthetic fibers. Maintaining skin moisture is prime treatment. She can have quick daily baths and thick moisturizers applied to her skin & again at night. Give Hydroxyzine for itching. Steroid ointments and oral antibiotics maybe needed sometimes.
Ointments & creams are better than lotions for the skin.

From Hot Shower/bath: It may be from taking a shower/bath with hot water as it raises your body temperature, and when you come out and use towel.That may trigger to the skin and stimulate histamine release, which causes hives.
You should consult an allergist to find the cause and get appropriate treatment.

NO ideal day: Baby this age does not need a bath every day...Every other day should beadequate and short sponge-baths should do, and you may use mild baby shampoo/soap...Very little is needed. Make sure you test the water on sensitive area of your skin...I.E. The inner forearm area to make sure it is not too hot/cold etc...
When in doubt, consult doc...Ask questions during baby visits.

Pretty good: Dove is a good, relatively gentle soap.  Cerave and cetaphil are other similarly gentle soaps.  Dial is usually more drying, but does have greater anti-microbial action.

No risk, no worries: Trichomonas is only transmitted sexually, not through bath water, towels, etc. Also, soapy water instantaneously kills it. Nothing to worry about.

Change: Dove has lotion in it. May want to switch to a Castile soap like Dr.Bronners that is lighter.
