No: It will not progress like that.  It is caused by compression of the median nerve under the transverse carpal ligament.  It causes problems with the nerve distal to that, not proximal to it.

20y ulnar, median nerves torn & surgically fixed, can't fully stretch elbow yet but i go to gym and can't strengthen my triceps muscle it it's very hard to work without weight!any advice please thanks?

You only need to ask: The solution is follow the post operative instructions that should have been prescribed by your surgeon. You may need to push him for assistance for the proper rehabilitation protocol. If this is not possible, then inquire at your gym for an exercise coordinator for his input and assistance.

C spine: It sounds like a slipped disc or degenerative disc disease between the sixth and seventh cervical vertebra. It doesn’t increase with exertion? If it does then it could be an angina equivalent. If not, look up cervical spine physical therapy exercises and try those. Weakness: Obviously you need to speak w/ your surgeon who knows your case , anatomy and other issues.Total shoulder arthroplasty involves removing bone and arthritic cartilage and replacing these w/ artificial components that are either 'press- fitted'into your bone or cemented(usually a combination of both).Swelling or pressure from retraction of nerves is common and usually temporary ( mc nerve).Gl!

Nerve injury: This is the distribution for the ulnar nerve (4th and 5th fingers) and some of the radial (top of hand). You may want to see a neurologist or hand surgeon for guidance.

Ulnar neuropathy: Once you have discovered and addressed the cause of the nerve entrapment &amp; depending upon severity and cause, it takes roughly one day per millimeter of nerve involved. If the area involved is the inside of your elbow, the ulnar nerve is involved. So if 20 cm is involved, it would take 6-7 months for the neuropathy to resolve. See your doctor who can help you get proper diagnosis and treatment.

Unlikely : If you have been diagnosed with a pinged nerve in your elbow by a doctor I am thinking then you most likely have  a definite diagnosis. If that is the case this type of problem is usually localized and can cause pain and numbness in the affected area.If you have not been evaluated and you have other symptoms in other parts of your body i recommend you get seen by your pcp sooner rather than later.
