i cant walk or stand straight up, i have to be bending when im walking to the loo.

See a Dr: Severe pain in the pelvic region can be indicative of something more serious. Please see your Dr in person for a full examination. Among the common causes can be endometriosis, ovarian cyst/rupture, ectopic pregnancy, bladder stone or kidney stone. All of these can be treated.

ulnar nerve symptoms(shock feeling) in both arms out of nowhere, seems to fade in the morning, increase as the day goes on, and is worse at night?

Ulnar Nerve: symptoms that worsen as the day progresses and resolve with sleep may be due to something else like Thoracic Outlet Syndrome or C8 cervical radiculopathy. Parasthesias occur in the 5th and 4th fingers. With C8 issues there is often radiation of the discomfort from the base of the neck to the fingers. If due to cervical spondylolisthesis or a disk protrusion reclining may take the pressure of roots

groin pain since oct 2013. doctors did ct scan & blood test and said i was normal/no hernia. nerve pain/shocks in my legs still since feb 2014. cause?

Hip a possibility: First, its very difficult to tell without a physical examination and review of your imaging. Arthritis in your hips can often present as groin pain. Hip arthritis would be exacerbated by certain exercise as well. Compression of your lateral femoral cutaneous nerve can also cause nerve pain/shocks. Its not very common though to be bilateral.

when your nerve burns is a neuropathy, and when your nerve fires electric shock like pain is a neuralgia.  am i right?

NO: Neuropathy is a general term that refers to a problem with nerve function. Neuritis refers to a nerve inflammation or irritation which can cause sensations such as burning, tingling or numbness.

phlebotomist missed vein is hit a nerve. now have shooting/shock type pain down forearm, back of hand when moving certain ways/lifting objects. does this heal on its own? if so, how long does it take? should i avoid moving that arm for now?

: It may be a tendon and not a nerve that was hit. That is most likely.  It should gradually go away. Heat, ice and anti-inflammatories my help settle quicker. No need to avoid things. If it is a tendon, it should take a couple of weeks, if it is a nerve, may take a couple of months to completely go away.

does hpv cause urethritis? shock or nerve like pain in feet, hands, legs, penis, scrotum, and testicles. also would urethritis go away for a week rhen come back and keeo repeating?

HPV: HPV can cause urethritis and also urinary bladder infection. Your other symptoms are atypical but could be referred pain from urinary tract inflammation. Recurrent urethral symptoms are possible if the HPV remains dormant rather than resolved by your immune response. A urologist could advise you best.

hurt my arm, it has a pulse feeling or shock feeling sometimes when i move it or use it. might be a pulled nerve or something not sure? should i ice it to feel better?

Accepted Answer

: Yes, ice the site for now, 10 minutes each time, several times today. You can take Ibuprofen 200 mg x 2 -3  tablets every 6-8 hours as needed with full stomach for a day or two.  If symptoms get worse, see your doctor.

Should: It sounds as though a nerve was penetrated by overshot of the needle.  This usually heals on its own but can cause long term damage or neuroma formation.  If it persists or worsens see a hand and upper extremity specialist.

SCS: You may be thinking of spinal cord stimulation which is the application of electrical current to the spinal cord. It is useful for nerve injury due to trauma or after unsuccessful back surgery as well. It can be tested during a simple outpatient trial to assess for efficacy. If it produces at least 50% reduction in pain, the generator (similar to a pacemaker) would be implanted.
