Nausea and vomiting are also often reported and frequent/painful urination.

It can be mild or very severe, and it can occur in your back, abdomen, or even in your testicles or labia.  The pain can move as the kidney stone moves.  Nsaids (ibuprofen or ketorolac) are good for the pain, or morphine if it is very severe.
