Bright yellow urine: Is usually a reflection of what you are ingesting.  Review supplements and other things in your diet and through a process of elimination, see if  you can figure it out.  If you cannot, plan to see a local physician who can evaluate your urine more precisely.  
As for vaginal pain after intercourse, see your gynecologist if this is a persisting problem.

Infection : Is suggested by this "difficulty fully urinating".  Is there an odor to the urine?  If you pee into a clean jar and leave it out overnight is there a strong odor?  If yes to either, then you probably have a urinary tract infection and will need a consult for an antibiotic. Meanwhile, you can drink lots of cranberry juice, but usually not curative. Good luck!
