Get it out: Ask someone from your family with a pair of tweezers to help you get it out. If it worked it's way in, only a doctor can get it out. Do not procrastinate and call your physician for help avoiding future complications.

Bruising: It would be so very unlikely that a needle broke during an injection. But, nerve damage or bruising can feel significant pain. And if the injection site is infected then this can be quite painful.  I would get someone to look at the spot and see if there is redness or swelling.

i had a shot of flexiril in my buttocks, but where the needle went in it still hurts?

Very possible: Yes, there have been reported cases of injection site pain and irritation with flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl).
You can try using an ice pack over the sore site but, if you get progressive pain, redness, swelling, or fever see your doc as infections also do happen after deep im injections.

Nothing: When you had the injection, it may have hit a nerve. The discomfort should decrease with time. I would take b6 orally or sublingually, not by injection in the future.

i have an rx for test-e im inj., but am not sure which needles to use? i'm not obese and have very little fat on my buttocks. 1" or 1.5"? what gauge?

1" is fine: Hi. 1" is fine. Testosterone enanthate is pretty viscous stuff, so we usually have people draw it into the syringe with an 18 g needle, then change needles to a 20 g for injecting into them. So a 1" 20g needle should suit you. Have you thought about transdermal testosterone? You might want to talk with your doc about that. Good luck!

Please consider...: What circumstances/activity cause symptoms? Does it awaken you from sleep? Is bleeding or change in bowel pattern also present? What are your risk factors and exposures? Any anal trauma (enemas, intercourse, manual or instrumental insertion)? Responses to these questions will alter the answer(and the reassurance) you seek.

Back: This could be coming from your back. A pinched nerve or herniated disc as it is called can cause this.

Yes: Both of these injections can be given intramuscularly in the buttocks or thighs instead of the arms.

i am having this dull deep pain throughout my buttocks down my right leg around this top inside of my thigh and now my second toe feels like pins n needles along with numbness that comes n goes. i've been in such much pain that i don't get very much?

: You are relatively Young for these type of symptoms. The symptoms are consistent with having a pinched nerve in your lower back, sciatica. There are many causes for these types of symptoms. I would recommend further evaluation and x-rays. If you  stands or walks for a long periods of time, it is possible it is derived from a bio mechanical problem. Either limb length different or pelvic rotation

my right hip tighten when i walk and the right side of groin is pulling even in my buttocks muscle pulling, pins n needles in feet?

A couple  of thought: It could be  hip, back, pinched  nerve from the back, are some choices. With your  kidney stones  it could  be gout. Discuss with your  physician these  choices.
