Maybe: Although its possible it really depends how severe your injury was. It's unlikely a minor sprain or strain would result in significant pain years later, but if you developed a disc herniation with radicular pain, and never had it treated, it might be possible.

Hello. : Hello.  Your symptoms are quite suggestive of a concussion. The following are possible symptoms of a concussion: headache, nausea, vomiting, confusion, blurred vision, slurred speech, weakness, feeling dazed, numbness, lack of coordination, problems with short term memory, dizziness as well as repeating things over and over.  You can develop a concussion with or without loss of consciousness. The soft tissue injury to a neck could present with stiffness, pain, tenderness, swelling or bruising to the neck. Difficulty walking and unrinary retention can occur when there is compression of the spinal cord. It is important to obtain an updated MRI of the neck to determine if the stenosis or narrowing has progressed over the past four years.
