i have fibromyalgia, 4 days with stiff neck short breath, tremors, but also a very sore spot on back of my head what is it and is it of any concern.

Muscle spasm: Middle age female w. fibromyalgia w. acute post-cervical pain, occipital tenderness, "short breath &amp; tremors"; no mention of fever, headache, cough or nauseous, which would arouse concern for urgent care. Unifying dynamic: superior trapezius spasm; common this age group. S. trap attaches to chest wall/skull &amp; major nerves transit. Heat, rest, massage, cannabis lotion, acupuncture &amp; Osteopathy.

Can be Muscle strain: OR can be a referred pain.
Did you have any injury or fall or sudden pull of  Right Arm/ neck?
 Or do you have cough and fever with this?
 As it  is going on for a week and not responding to NSAID/Ive or Moist heat; then it is time to get examined by your doctor:-)

CHF?: My first thought, which is not necessarily a good one, is CHF - congestive heart failure, a condition of fluid overload due to inadequate pumping ability of the heart.  Could also be related to the liver or kidneys.  Regardless, you need to get to the hospital.  Don’t wait on this.

i had a pet scan done and the doctor said there was a hot spot on the left side of my throat. that was in august of 2020. since then i have been experiencing severe pain on the left side of my neck, shortness of breath and severe hoarseness. advice?

: If you have a stiff neck and shortness of breath, go to an ER right away, please.  You may have an abscess in your throat ,meningitis and/or pneumonia.  Hopefully you will have none of these but a milder infection.  Get checked to find out what is going on and appropriate treatment will be given at the ER.

Pleuritic vs neck pa: Pleuritic pain (worse on breathing suggests a connection to a lung process.  Did you have a pneumonia recently?  Do you smoke cigarettes?  Do you havve asthma or COPD which require extra brathing muscle use?  Rell your pcp.

Perhaps serious.: There are a variety of things that could cause this. If it just started happening hours or minutes ago and it is getting worse, seek immediate medical attention because it could be a heart attack or a pulmonary embolism.  If it has been happening for a longer period of time, it might just be a muscle strain or broken rib.
