Dose change: Any change of dose needs medical supervision. Tapering should be done slowly so you have no symptoms or very mild/transient at worst. Write down when you last took the 30 mg pill and when symptoms began. You can taper by 5 mg increments if nec. Talk to prescribing doctor without delay for guidance. I hope this helps.

Hypotension: Lightheadedness and nausea is likely due to low blood pressure after eating.
It is called postprandial hypotension.
Blood pressure usually hits bottom 30 to 60 minutes after a meal. Sitting or lying down for an hour after eating can help with postprandial hypotension.

Commentary: Acute viral labyrinthitis typically lasts about a week, and slowly departs without permanent consequences.  The dizziness could lead to imbalance with falling and injury.  The nausea could prohibit nourishment.  Suggest maintaining decreased mobility, with assistance as required.  Try to keep well hydrated.  Be patient, should depart soon.  Contact doctor if this gets worse.

The most important thing is drink fluids in order to avoid dehydration and rest. Other possibilities: gastritis, indigestion, pregnancy, among others. See your doctor: When someone young bleeds for 2 months most likely the hormones are off causing lack of ovulation for a long time which causes the period to be really irregular.  A problem such as polyps or fibroids or an infection is less likely. You need to see a doctor and likely need hormones to stop the bleeding.
