Could be: any number of things, from viral gastroenteritis to appendicitis to pregnancy.  Check with your doctor if symptoms persist.

i suffer from bronchiectasis and ive recently been having frequent headaches and a nagging pain at the top of my back. my phlegm has a funny taste but no scent and is yellow/greenish in color. nausea has become frequent ?

See a doctor.: Back pain with a change in the color and taste of your phlegm (sputum), nausea and headaches may mean that you have pneumonia or other lung infection.  Please see your doctor or go to an Urgent Care promptly to get checked. You don't want this to get worse!

What to do:: Start my seeing your primary care physician for an evaluation. Find out what's causing all your symptoms. This is definitely  a time to see a doctor in person and not try to diagnose yourself over the internet.

No set answer: This is very individual. However, foods with complex smells seem to invoke more nausea. Another trick is if your food is covered with a lid or has just been micro-waved...Have someone else open the lid and let it air lout in another room before bringing it in to you. Removing the lid and getting hit with a concentrated dose of the aroma seems to cause more nausea than anything.

Metal taste in mouth: Medicines can cause this. Certain foods too. List everthing you eat for two weeks. Have your DDS/DMD help and check out for reflux disease. Take the list to a MD internist to advise you.. My Best BD

Loss of smell: Migraine headaches usually cause an increased sense of smell. Zinc deficiency can alter smell so you might consider taking oral zinc. You should also be screened for COVID-19.

Alcohol: Heavy alcohol drinking of any type does not bode well regarding the imperceptible transition into true alcoholism. When that happens the quantity and  frequency tend to take on a life of their own, regardless of annoying physical symptoms. Many people go on to serious physical and mental problems. I would take your body's hint and stop altogether. If you find that it is too difficult consider help

Metallic taste: There are many possible causes for your symptoms but one that is likely  is that you had acid reflux. Acid reflux can result in a metallic taste in your mouth and symptoms are usually worse in the morning because you have had no food overnight to buffer the effects of stomach acid. Try Omeprazole 20 mg 15 minutes before your first meal. This should help your symptoms.
