Ireggular periods: If you had normal periods before the miscarriage, then that would be a concern. If your periods were always irregular, than ok.  However, being overweight and poor nutritional status may be a risk factor for irregular period, so weight loss is certainly recommended for that as well s many other health reasons. : It is usually the other way around.  When   you gain weight,  you are  more likely to stretch the skin.  Many times, the stretch marks are not clearly seen until you start to lose weight.  The good news is that at your age, after you lose weight and keep it off, the marks slowly improve.  Good luck!
