Save your money: No such thing as "natural" testosterone enhancers or boosters. Manufacturers of dietary supplements are allowed to make any claim to sell their product w/o demonstrating proof of safety or effectiveness. There are no studies demonstrating benefit from any "natural" supplement that enhances or boosts testosterone. It's all marketing hype so save your money. Focus on nutrition & exercise not t level.

Booster shot: Most booster shots are not accompanied by severe side effects. If there is, it begins with pain during the injection with tenderness and swelling at the site followed by achiness, malaise and/or fever within 24 hours.

Accepted Answer

Pain/local swelling: There are some rare individuals that have an allergic response to tetanus toxoid, the active component of the tetanus shot.These folks have major hives, abdominal pain or other strong reactions to the agent & it usually is present early in life with early boosters. These folks should avoid the vaccine .For the majority of us it just hurts & causes the site to swell for a few days.

The only way to "boost" your testosterone is through a healthy lieve style, proper nutrition, exercise, and avoidance of toxins like alcohol and tobacco. Save your money, and your health.

A day or two: Most of the time, side effects are a mild swelling and a dull ache that sets in later that day and continues for 2-3 days afterwards. Sometimes a fever develops that night or the next day. Other shots may have delayed side effects but the tetanus vaccine side effects set in fairly quickly.

: Not necessarily.  Side effects from the vaccine vary from person to person.  Would suggest you get the booster.

Not likely: Although it is always possible to have a reaction to any vaccine at any given time, it is unlikely to happen if you are having a booster of sorts.  Keep in mind there can be a reaction to any component of the vaccine.

i was vaccinated with the j & j, i am trying to decide what to do for booster. i am concerned moderna would have lots of side effects snd neither pfizer or j & j are effective for omicron. would i have to take 3 shots if i go with pfizer or moderna?

: People who had the one dose Johnson and Johnson vaccine should receive a booster dose of Pfizer or Moderna (mRNA vaccines).  Both Moderna and Pfizer are known to stimulate a vigorous response that is effective against Omicron.  You should not need two boosters.
