Crotalidae antivenom is very expensive but very effective.

Conservative care: If the bite is of a venamous snake you would need antivenom specific for the type of snake eg. Rattlesnake. It needs to be given soon after the bite.  You need to be at an emergency room!   the old treament of making incisions in the skin and sucking out the poison is not effective.  Otherwise care is supportive to clean wound and treat bacterial  infection if present.

Simple: If the bite is from a non venomous snake, it should be treated like any other bite. Irrigation, ice, elevation, compression if needed. Antiinflammatory medications for pain. If it is infected, it may need to be drained or treated with antibiotics. Also, make sure you are current on your tetanus shot, as it may very well be contaminated with soil.

Blepharoptosis: Without pictures it is difficult to answer but what you are describing could be dermatochalasis or blepharochalasis with ptosis. Please see a board certified plastic surgeon for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment.

Needs attention!: This sounds like a  serious local reaction.  I would not recommend any  natural remedies for this. At the very least a dose of antihistamines will be necessary.  It is not uncommon for an infection to set in around the area of a local bite.  So its possible she will in addition need an antibiotic.  We may be able to give you direction in a Prime Visit.  Don't delay!

Depends: If the bite is proven to be "dry" - no venom injected, wound care would be the treatment along with updating tetnus as needed.  If not dry, Antivenin would be the only effective treatment.

Some genetic factors that lead to azospermia should be investigated first.
