how do you treat fordyce spots , i know its common and is not an std and its natural in occurrence but i would like for them to go away . does tea tree oil work , or an anti sebum cream . if there are any home remedies pls say so?

You don’t: Fordyce spots are swellings of the glands in your skin - secrete oil onto the surface and keep it well-lubricated.  In older people, the glands shrink, produce less oil - that’s why older people often have “dry skin”.  In younger people, they are most prominent on the face, mouth and genitals

May be normal bumps!: Fordyce spots are considered a normal feature for many people. Therefore, one may have to consult with several urologists in order to find one who may be interested in trying to remove them. A skin laser treatment center may be needed, so a dermatologist consultation may be helpful. One should realize that removing a spot can leave a scar.

Fordyce spots: Fordyce spots are sebaceous glands inunusual places, so yes, they are "natural" however, i'm with you, they need to go!  sometimes ablative lasers like the co2 or erbium laser can help.  There is interesting research going on regarding the use of photodynamic therapy to get rid of overgrown sebaceous glands.  Tret may shrink em a little but it won't eliminate them.  Good luck!

Fordyce: Fordyce granules are perfectly normal, and as such require no healing.  Toothpaste will have no effect on these harmless tissues.  Are you sure they are Fordyce granules?  It would be best to see a Dentist for an examination and have the Dentist advise you.
