Don't know!: If straterra is a norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor it increases the norepinephrine level in the brain.  Methylphenidate stimulants, used in  adhd work that way.
In my opinion, straterra which was initially unsuccessfully marketed as an antidepressant is not a first line choice for adhd.

Anesthesia : There should be no problem with your procedure.  Make sure they know what medications you are taking.  Colonoscopies while on medications such as yours are common place without side effects. Best wishes.

: Unfortunately, the effect of most medications is temporary. Not a cure, but symptomatic relief. Once the meds are discontinued, the problem returns. The good news is that taking these medications for long periods helps to really normalize the imbalance and allows the patient to live a normal life. Just make sure you don't discontinue the meds without medical supervision.

Retention : It interferes with relaxation of the urinary sphincter.

Yes: You don't need a bad interaction to have a bad experience with ecstasy.  Both have stimulant like properties which can cause flushing, palpitations and psychosis. Ecstasy can be very dangerous in chronic use leading to depression which is hard to treat.  It burns out your pleasure centers like Cocaine and other stimulants.

Unknown.: Your question is extraordinarily sophisticated. It reflects the theory that since antidepressant medications inhibit reuptake, then reuptake may have been "accelerated." But too little is known to be sure about about this.  Reuptake, for example, may have been normal, with a need for additional inhibition. At this point molecular theories of depression lag behind clinical knowledge.
