Brucellosis: These sound negative but not knowing the lab or what tests were done it is difficult to know. Brucella serologies are often done two weeks apart looking for a rise in titers. Go to http://www.Cdc.Gov/brucellosis/clinicians/serology.Html for more information.

No true immunity: When one meets the toxoplasmosis organism (mild flu-like or no illness), IgM usually appears and may stay around for as long as 18 months.  Igg will also appear and usually stay for life, suggesting you overcame the creatures.  However, they may still be alive and dormant, to re-emerge should you become immunocompromised.

?: Not adding up, you can't literally have those conditions, repeated severe infections and normal measures of Ig subtypes.You need to be re-evaluated, you may simply have IgG subclass deficiency,or specific antibodies deficiency,testing for recall antigens for tetanus and pneumococcus,pre and post vaccination can prove it,treatment remains the same: IVIG therapy.Too complex for this limited platform

gave plasma, leading to tests (cbc, spep, immunofixation, flc). waiting for hemo consult. have high iga (7.09g/l) but low igg (3.05) &low igm(.15). monoclonal iga type lambda found (8.5mg/l), lambda=33.4mg/l, but lc ratio ok. am i immune compromised?

: You are not immunocompromised but you have IgA monoclonal gammopathy. If you are not sick and there is no other lab abnormality, you should not worry much at this time. Please keep appointment with the hemo-oncology team.

No: Igg means past infection and immunity, igm indicates current or very recent infection.

labs were ana 1:160 scl 70. - 22 cardiolipin igm - 30. previously 15 . beta glyco protein - normal range ss dna neg im 30 and no auto immune symptoms except i was diagnosed with burning mouth syndrome 3 years ago and gerd can this be scleroderma?

Not proven effective: Many "non-medical" supplements, foods, herbs, and techniques are claimed to "boost" the immune system, but none have been proven effective. The immune system is complex, and "boosting" it to make it act stronger is not always a good thing. In conditions like arthritis, thyroid disease, diabetes type 1, lupus, eczema, etc..., the immune system is over-acting and damaging the patient's own organs.
