Not really: I do not know about anything that could replace it but you might want to try to decrease the dose you are taking very gradually.

Relaxation: Ativan (lorazepam) is a good temporary treatment for anxiety. However, in the long run a person may develop tolerance ; dependence meaning that higher doses are needed to have the same effect, and the person needs the med to manage his or her symptoms. You can try deep breathing, meditation, guided imagery, yoga, and regular am exercise. Listening to relaxing music and calming scents like lavender may help.

None: I know of no vitamin which has the same effect as ativan (lorazepam).  There are some natural substances that have a calming effect, such as valarian root or camomile tea.  However, these will not be the same as ativan (lorazepam).

See pcp: for evaluation/proper diagnosis of headaches. Follow your doctor's treatment. Ativan (lorazepam) is not intended for headaches and can be addicting. Do be honest about use of all meds including OTC/supplements, alcohol/drug use and current life stresses.  Best wishes.

Consider Benadryl (diphenhydramine): there are no medications over the counter similar to Ativan. However, you could try Benadryl (diphenhydramine) 25 mg.  This is an antihistamine and main side effect is drowsiness.  It is always good to try a new medication before travel to see how it affects you, perhaps taking one 25 mg tablet at bedtime and see how you feel the next morning.  Also depends on how long flight is, probably not good for short flights

Complex anxiety: From your additional information, your anxiety is complex.  Anorexia nervosa, chronic pain, and adhd all need specialized treatment.  I suggest working with your psychiatrist & staying in psychotherapy.  L-theanine is effective in some, but magnesium might be better for you (taurate or glycinate would be best absorbed). Also there are passion flower, lemon balm, kava tea, and wild milky oat seed.

What dose of ativan (lorazepam): are you taking? You may require a higher dose for severe anxiety. Alternatives include xanax (alprazolam) and klonopin.

Buspar (buspirone) : Buspar (buspirone) is very different that xanax or ativan. It is not addictive, not a benzodiazapine and does not have the same mood altering affects. It works gently. Some people don't realize there is a difference (unless they stop taking it). I think it is a wonderful medication.

Yes: Ativan (lorazepam) is a benzodiazipine, this class of meds can be addicting, even small doses used over an extended period of time can be very difficult to stop. Some people take them as prescribe and find it very hard to stop, others can be more overtly addicted and continue to take higher and higher doses. In general best for short term use only. Try to avoid if history of addiction like alcohol.
