Complex fracture: A nasoorbitoethmoid (noe) fracture is a complex fracture that can involve the medial orbit, tear duct, ethmoid sinus, nasal bone and sometimes the base if the skull. If the fracture is displaced it should be repaired by an experienced oculoplastic or ENT surgeon. Your eyes should be examined to ensure there was no damage to your eye, muscles or tear duct.

Old fashion: no body use nasal gastric feeding tube now unless it have been used for a very short period of time 
if it was used they use it on any patient that not capable of eating but his guts is capable of digestion the food
good way of nutrition for a patient that could not feed themselves
IV fluid has no nutritional values only good for hydration
if feeding needed they use now PEG tube

i am 12 days  post op  septoplasty/inferior turbinate reduction.  my nose is very dry! can i use the neil med hypertonic sinus rinse or naso gel ?

Check with your dr. : I would recommend Normal Saline starting post op day #1, but would not use Hypertonic Saline with a fresh wound. Nasal saline gel is usually just as effective, but it depends on what surgical technique was used; therefore it's best to talk specifically with your doctor about post-op care guidance.   Good luck.

light chills, inflamated naso pharynx , throat is soar , neck is a little stiff , no cough,  blood in mucas, any remedies or ideas what to do?

Supporting therapy: Your symptoms do not sound like a severe infection.  Mild sore throat and light chills may suggest a viral process.  The blood in your mucous may simply be from the nose being dry.  I'd recommend increasing your fluid intake, taking some vitamins, take a little Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen and gargle with warm salt water.  You might also want to irrigate or spray saline in the nose to moisten nose.
