Naso labiaL: See your dermatologist. Must see the rash for an accurate diagnosis. However it could be seborrheic dermatitis which is treated by a combination of an anti fungal cream and a corticosteroid cream.

Rosacea: There are several topical med to treat rosacea; if Metronidazole doesn't work, an other might. There are also oral antibiotics like tetracyclines or erythromycin. Preventing triggers is important: use sunscreen. See dermatologist for options for your case.
