recently treated for candida, but seem to have symptoms on right hand side of nasal septum. is this possible? currently on itraconazole for thrush.

im worried i might have yeast overgrowth in mysinus, i think i have oral thrush because i have white on my tongue. i and am wondering if it spread to my nasal cavities. not sure if that is possible?

: Your right.  Yeast (Candida) does not invade the sinus cavities (except under VERY rare circumstances)   White on tongue may indicate oral thrush but this is unlikely to occur spontaneously in an otherwise healthy 27 yo.  Could be as benign as not eating hard or rough food to scrape away normal buildup of tissue on tongue.

15 weeks oral antibiotics + 4 weeks nasal mupirocin= 5 weeks of tongue thrush. nystatin failed, troches failed and now im 7 days into 14 days diflucan with only about 30% improvement. should it have cleared more with diflucan? no sugar/alcohol diet?

: Check with your pharmacist  4 weeks is the usual time frame for fungus infections

constantly clearing throat since beginning of may. now, feels like food gets stuck in it when i eat. i also hack up phlegm mostly in the morning since covid. had covid, 2 antibiotics, prednisone burst in march and april. thrush? post nasal drip?

Diflucan (fluconazole) needed: Talk to your physician about taking oral medication for treatment of your extensive thrush infection.

i got gland in my neck come up monday after having a thrush infection for a week.then i got chills, snotty nose and bad chest.do i need antibiotics.felt poorly for 4 days off. work, when will this illness go thanks?

Immunocomprimised?: Are you sure you had "thrush", " a yeast infection?  Was the thrush gone, then you got the swollen gland, chills, nose, chest, etc.?  It could be separate ailments, but why are you getting sick?  Your resistance (immune system) might be poor- you need to see a physician and/or take care of yourself.

Diflcan: Will treat oral thrush as well. Intranasal thrush is not common and likely would only be present is someone with a poor immune system. All the best.

i had allergies and sprayed two sprays of flonase into my nose, a few days later i got a cold sore and then a week later i got oral thrush- could it be related to the flonase use? no antibiotic use and no underlying conditions?

: Probably not.  The oral thrush, a cold sore are related to lack of resistance or poor immune response.  Try to stay healthy by rest, healthy eating, hydration and activity,
