Early URI: This sounds like you're starting with an Upper Respiratory tract Infection (URI). Often the cause is a virus, and if you think back of who you might have been in close contact with - you may 'figure out' what germ you have. The important thing is to keep track of your symptoms, and try to manage them as best you can - Tylenol, Robitussin, chicken soup, REST -etc. If symptoms worsen, see a doctor.

Yes: Normal saline water such as "ocean spray" will help.

Accepted Answer

Swelling: Likely part of what made you sneeze is swelling in your nasal passages / sinuses. So when you stifled the sneeze, it increased pressure in sinus(-es) which is trapped there temporarily, causing discomfort. Could try pseudoephedrine (from pharmacist) or nasal spray like Afrin (for BRIEF use--2-3 days max) to reduce swelling. If continues, see Dr for nasal steroid or antihistamine recc., depending.

can severe allergy cause eye and nasal pain and feeling of nystagmus?

Probably not pain: Allergic diseases do not usually cause eye pain although nasal pain is possible if severe. Dry eyes often cause eye pain but would not have caused nasal problem.  See an eye doctor to make sure you don't have glaucoma which may cause blindness if not promptly treated.

started 20mg steroids as ace levels of 95. this is due to sarcoid. since being on steroids i have a daily migraine, nasal pain, teeth n gum pain. why?

Sinus?: Hard to say ithout examination, but there is definitely an association with sarcoidosis and sinus inflammation which may explain many of your symptoms although I would expect steroids to alleviate them. I recommend follow-up with your doctor to see if you have any sinonasal manifestations of sarcoidosis.

i have tooth pain and swelling  in my face as well as nasal pain. i'm terrified of the dentist  and  have no money to pay for an extraction.

Eventually: Expect to eventually wind up in the hospital with an even more serious problem. Infections such as these can spread to other parts of the body and even be fatal. You will have to overcome your fears and find some way to either pay for treatment or find some government agency, dental facility or charitable organization to help defray the costs. Do you not have any family or friend that can help?

need alternative to zirtec for allergy-induced asthma. allegra and benadryl (diphenhydramine) don't work, nor albuterol asthma inhalars. claritin gives me nasal pain.

Allergic help: You will definitely need to speak with your physician about this.  Other alternatives include the short acting chlorphenamine (chlortrimetron), sold over the counter.  There are prescription medications - xyzal, singulair, xopenex, (levalbuterol) Flonase and more.  Ultimately - make sure you speak with your physician about this, since the medications you have tried so far are not providing relief for you.

Nose spray: You do not mention what nasal spray you are using, if it an over the counter one stop it immediately, . If it is prescription use it according to the way it was prescribed. 6 times a day is too much, see an allergist about your nasal symptoms.

Chronic nasal conges: Symptoms could be allergies. Would see your primary doctor first to be examined and try measures to reduce congestion and see if that improves eye &amp; nose tenderness. You may need allergy testing

Yes: Many people feel soreness in the back of their nose for a few days after adenoids ae removed.
