i'm having myosure and novasure on 10th december, both procedures same day. how long should i take off work?

A few days: The myosure procedure is done to remove fibroids.  The Novasure is done for endometrial ablation.  These procedures are done to reduce heavy menstrual bleeding,  after either procedure you may have some cramping and pain.  This may last 1-2 days. Medications can help decease these symptoms.  Because you are having both procedures done you may have slightly more cramping.

is it normal to be bloated after hysteroscopy and myosure procedure?

Not really.: It is normal to have some cramping and intermittent to mild bleeding for 2 weeks following the procedure.  Bloating doesn't necessarily mean there is a problem, but different people will have different experiences with their recovery. If you are certain that it is not diet related (some people try to eat healthy or stick with a soft or bland diet they're not used to after surgery), see your doctor.

what are the odds of having complications during myosure? like getting liquid in your lungs and waking up on a ventilator?

Very unlikely : Fluid overload from hysteroscopy is a known complication but it is very rare. In experienced  hands that should not occur. With myosure there is a fluid management safety system to lower the risk even further.

Yes: There are no guarantees, but removal of the polyp may improves the chances of successful conception.

Sure: There are other medications that could be appropriate and there are surgical interventions that are effective as well.

Hysteroscopy: Hysteroscopy can be done with local anesthetic agents, and/or in women who have had vaginal deliveries without dilation of the cervix.  The procedure is best done by a physician who has extensive experience in this area.  Call the department of OB/GYN at a University Hospital for a referral to obtain the most reliable results.

i had a diagnostic hysteroscopy with myosure morcellation. my findings were as follows: disordered proliferative endometrium with breakdown. should i be worried? i had a blood transfusion because my iron was only 4.7. it is now up to 10.5?

: The description "Disordered proliferative endometrium with breakdown" is one way to describe normal findings. Doctors don't like to write "normal" or the other doctors will berate them for being lazy.

during hysteoscopy a very small polyp which my gynae said was sessile and like a fibroid at the entrance to uterus was found (not on cervix). report says polyp. it has been removed using myosure. im 25, cancer? if it was cancer is it now removed ?

Transfer Factor: Tlco is a lung function test measuring the diffusing capacity of the lungs for carbon monoxide.  The measurement looks at carbon monoxide uptake from a single inspiration in a standard time (usually 10s).   It can be low in many diseases including emphysema and pulmonary fibrosis.  When it is is high it has different meanings.
