after i injured from skateboarding my wrist is painful and clicking when i move it to certain positions  it's been 2-3 years ?

You may have: fractured it at the time of the skateboarding accident .... you don't say whether you had it properly evaluated and treated at that time.  It may have healed improperly. Only an Orthopedic Hand specialist could tell you if there is anything that can be done about it now.  I would make an appointment. Good wishes:)

Ganglion?: If there is no history of acute injury then I would suspect either a ganglion cyst or possibly degeneration of cartilage. If your pain has persisted beyond 4 weeks I would suggest follow up with a hand surgeon for an X-ray and exam. Good luck

Usually Harmless: Noises like this are usually harmless and represent a tendon moving i've a bony prominence. If you hve pain orlited range of motion then see a doctor. If its just the noise, it is harmless. Good luck.

Wrist Pain: Good idea to immobilize your wrist with a splint. Take some ibuprofen, put some ice on it 10 minutes out of every hour while awake. Go see your doc if not doing better in the morning.

Wrist TFCC helps to : Stabilize the ulna and radius. The radius spins around the ulna and the tfcc attaches to a fixed point on the ulna and a broader area on the radius. Tfcc is a cartilage structure and if torn, clicks, swelling and irritaion can occur. A know tfcc tear may benefit from treatment that can include repair, debridement or at times shortening the ulna to take stress off the tfcc and the wrist.

Tendons: A common reason for this click is that your tendons that run across your lower arm to your wrist cross the ends of your ulnar and radial bone.  These bones have a point or styloid that sticks out.  The tendons can catch on those when you circle your wrist.
