is it possible for my wife to take time to concieve after  a five year use of nepro to aviod children and try to conceive?

Yes: She will need to be off meds for some time, and please have her see her gyn immediately prior to trying to concieve.

Not particularly: I doubt if using it has any effect on the process. The average wait for a desired conception has been cited as 6 mo with a range of weeks to a year. If you have gone past a year without success both prospective parents could benefit from a consultation at a fertility center. If a problem is found they can fix it or explain options.

Pregnancy ?: Six months is the average time it generally takes to become pregnant, but the first steps are to make sure your wife has open tubes, and you have an adequate sperm count.  A gyn provider should be able to order tests for both.  Most "infertility" is secondary to obstructive tubal disease.  There are many remedies for other kinds of fertility problems.

Probably not: There are  millions of sperm  are in    semen but it  take  just  one  for  a pregnancy. If  she  has   the  time to   stay in  bed  it will not  hurt.

Maybe: the only way to know is to try to conceive. Some people have problems conceiving at even younger ages while others have problems at older ages. the only way to know is to try and see.
