"Hemiplegic": A known association with migraine is tingling dysesthesia affecting one half the body, especially face and hand.  Uncertain cause but may be ischemic to parietal area of the brain.  Best to use Aspirin to avoid risk of stroke.  Need a thorough medical evaluation.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you and your symptoms warrant evaluation by a physician. 
Do not do meth again.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

Celiac: Celiac does not "come and go." you either have it or you don't. It is an autoimmune disease, not a food allergy. It is an intolerance to "gluten" and not specifically all wheat products since not all wheat contains gluten. Elimination is variable but that should not have anything to do with your complaints. Maybe you are too focused on one condition to look for something else.

Paroxysmal hemicrani: is thought to be a variant of cluster headache because of similar autonomic features. Both cluster and paroxysmal hemicrania are classified as trigeminal autonomic cephalgias in the new IHS classification. However, almost all cases of paroxysmal hemicrania are relieved by Indomethacin and this response is considered diagnostic for paroxysmal hemicrania.

Hello. : Hello. I can't diagnose your condition. However, you may be having some unusual sensory experiences. Derealization is when the world around you doesn't seem right and depersonalization is when you feel very odd.  Do not know if your symptoms are from a psychological cause or a purely medical cause.  I do recommend a medical evaluation to get a better handle on it. Treatment options can be offered after you have been assessed and correctly diagnosed.

Possibl Fibromyalgia: If it is associated with pain all over the body and there are many tender areas over trunk arms and legs then you could have fibromyalgia. Otherwise only tingling all over the body is hard to explain.
