Bleeding after sex: Light bleeding after intercourse may be secondary to irritation of the cervix, which can be inflamed and bleed easily.  The odor may be caused by a vaginal infection, so see your gyn physician for an exam and culture.  The cervical inflammation can be easily treated with cautery (cold or hot).

See your doctor: Fever indicates infection somewhere.  The abdominal pain and fever may or may not be related to the vaginal discharge but all need evaluation and the sooner the better, because there could be an intra-abdominal process that could make you very ill.

See your doctor: You should see your physician in regards to these symptoms as they can be signs of an infectious process such as yeast or bacterial vaginosis.  They can also be signs of sexual transmitted infections.

Need to be checked: Although having an increased amount of vaginal discharge is normal in pregnancy, any pregnant woman near term with a continuous, clear, watery discharge should be evaluated to rule out amniotic fluid.

Unclear: A vaginal odor an come from many different reasons. Please see you physician for a pelvic exam to determine if there could be an std, yeast infection, bv, or simply a change in vaginal ph causing this.

Vaginal infection: The presence of heavy discharge and fishy odor are symptoms of a vaginal infection.  Over the counter medications such as Monistat will not address it since it is bacterial and not yeast.  Go to your pcp or gyn and they will give you a prescription to treat it.

Yeast infection: It sounds like a yeast infection. Go to the pharmacy and have the pharmacist recommend an OTC medication. If not better in a few days or having additional symptoms should see a Physician

Yeast: "Sounds like" a yeast infection. See your Gynecologist for treatment especially if you are sexually active since other STD's may present this way
