Rhinitis?: Could be signs of postnasal drip from long-standing rhinitis.  Potential causes are multiple including allergy, irritant, infection, medication side effect, structural problem in the nose, immune deficiency, etc.

my uvula is sticking to my tonsil and i can feel it in the back of my throat i also have several craters and tonsil stones keep coming...what do i do?

Need to examine: The symptoms you described warrant examination by an ENT doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

what is white chunky stuff on my uvula it makes me feel like a loose skin back there but not hurts when i eat and the sides of my throats are red?

Dead skin: The white chunky stuff is basically the equivalent of dead skin, probably caused by an infection. It'll slough off when the infection clears.

Surgery: If you truly feel the uvula in the back of your throat and it is objectively diagnosed as a wide and elongated uvula, and if snoring or early sleep disorder is present, then simple surgical removal which takes about 10 seconds may solve your problem.  If you do not want surgery, then have your physician try 5 to 7 days of steroids.

Yes but snore?: It is not uncommon to have a long uvula but it can become problematic if swollen or causing sleep obstruction. This is commonly reflected by snoring.

Yes: The uvula is mobile and often helps with diagnosing such diseases as stroke, strep throat and abscesses. As well as moving laterally, it moves up and down. It helps to assess the health of a cranial nerve. All the best.

Generally, redness, swelling is a visible sign that the cells in the area are releasing cytokines (chemical communications) to cause your blood vessels to dilate and immune cells to slip through and infiltrate the involved tissues.

i have a small white reddish bump at the side of my uvula that has not gone away in months. its painless and its accompanied by a few small raised bumps in the back and sides of my throat. what could it be? im really worried?

: Do you have postnasal drip, allergies or reflux? These can cause prominence of lymphatic tissues giving a cobblestone pattern of the throat. The description of the other lesion next to the uvula is confusing to me and I think your physician or an ENT specialist should examine it and advise you.
