Surgery: If you truly feel the uvula in the back of your throat and it is objectively diagnosed as a wide and elongated uvula, and if snoring or early sleep disorder is present, then simple surgical removal which takes about 10 seconds may solve your problem. If you do not want surgery, then have your physician try 5 to 7 days of steroids.
