The bleeding is caused by little infections pushing out debris like abscesses rupturing. It is important to check to see if it is a strep infection as this can effect your skin, heart and kidneys.

Infection: From your description it sounds like you have a right tonsillar infection with an area that is plugged with a tonsilith. The swelling in the back of your neck is likely reactive lymphadenopathy. Check with your doctor, you may need an antibiotic. In the meantime keep your mouth clean and gargle with an antiseptic or a salt solution.
