Possibly: Curvature of the penis comes from repeated damage to the tubes in the penis that fill. With blood to produce an erection.  Squeezing too hard and bending instead of rubbing the penis can cause permanent curving, .

Normal: You're describing premature beats: the heart beats early but you can't feel that beat because it's only partly filled. Then it pauses a moment to resume its former rhythm. While it's waiting (only a few hundred milliseconds) it has more time to fill, so the next beat is extra forceful. Avoid caffeine, alcohol and nicotine. Get plenty of rest and try to avoid stress. Palpitations come and go.

Since a fracture would be exquisitely painful, the most likely scenario in this area would be dislocation or swelling of the clavicular head (collar bone).  This would like cause some discomfort when moving the shoulder/arm on the side where the lump is located.  A fracture would likely be detectable with an xray.

Anus fissure: The skin of the anus can tear during a hard bowel movement.  It should heal in a day or two provided bowel movements are soft - increase water intake and fiber intake.  Sitting in a warm bath can also soothe irritation and keep the area clean

Hemorrhoid likely: Use warm "Sitz" baths (just enough water to cover the bump is necessary, but full bath OK too) and in between, try compressing with Tucks/equivalent.  If you add more glycerine to the container and keep in freezer, this will help with the pain.  You can also try Preparation H.

May be normal: Most likely this is a Nabothian Cyst, a mucous filled cyst that can travel down from the upper cervix to the surface in young women. However, you should see your doctor for a pap smear and visual inspection of the cervix to be sure and alleviate any anxiety you may be having regarding this finding.

What you described suggests a thrombosed hemorrhoid, i.e. a hemorrhoid with a blood clot. If you cannot see your doctor, you could watch and wait. If the lesion bleeds, has a pus discharge or more than doubles in size it would be prudent to see your doctor.
