Round squishy mobile lump at the anal opening (upper) on my right side. dr felt it about 3 mths ago and said nothing to worry about but i feel its grown as i can now really grab it as before it was harder to find. worried cancer?? 33 yrs old?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described suggests a thrombosed hemorrhoid, i.e. a hemorrhoid with a blood clot. If you cannot see your doctor, you could watch and wait. If the lesion bleeds, has a pus discharge or more than doubles in size it would be prudent to see your doctor. Be healthy!
