Post nasal drip: You have post nasal drip, you can use saline nasal spray or rinse, gargle with salt water &amp; try  to unclog your ears by closing your nose &amp; mouth while trying to blow your mouth (valsasavas manouver ) until you see you 1ry care physician or ENT.  Good luck.

The : The short answer is, of course, "yes-you should see a doctor."

without insurance, though, it becomes a more difficult answer.  There are a few things that make it more important to see a physician.  If you are getting dehydrated, you may need IV fluids.  If you have a high fever (not with your current temperature) that does not come down with tylenol (acetaminophen) or anti-inflammatories, you could have a more severe infection.  If you have trouble breathing, you may have pneumonia.  Depending on your age, you could also have mononucleosis, in which case your liver and spleen need to be checked.

Assuming you saw your mother recently, you could have what she had.  However, there are many different strains of flu and some are more dangerous than others.

Depending on your age and family history, the chest tightness you are having could be concerning for a heart attack.

You will have to decide the risks of waiting it out to see if you get better vs. The risks of missing something serious that is best treated early.  Unfortunately, it takes a lot of resources to provide medical care and it is expensive.  But also think about the costs of not seeing a doctor.

Allergic rhinitis: Sounds like allergic rhinitis or if you're a smoker then it maybe chronic bronchitis. If you don't smoke, then it can be treated by avoiding allergens, especially pollen dust, and other household triggers or you may see your primary doc and be given a nasal corticosteroid spray which are usually quite effective.

Hydrate well & : Gargle.Saltwater gargles are very helpful. Mix a teaspoon of salt in 8 oz of warm water – gargle with this several times a day. You can gargle with aloe vera juice a couple of times per day. A mixture of chamomile tea with honey & a small amount of lemon juice is good.
