male 26. i have discomfort on my lower left side and upper right side. my stomach feels tight and it can be uncomfortable to lay on my side when i sleep. the discomfort moves sometimes. i have slight nasuea sometimes but it goes away rather quickly?

: It would be unusual to have inflammation occurring simultaneously in both abdominal areas. Do you have an bowel symptoms or digestive problems? Irritable bowel syndrome is a possibility. If these are recurring symptoms consult your physician or a gastroenterologist for evaluation &amp; advice. Appropriate testing will be ordered.

i have a dull constant uncomfortable feeling under my left rib cage feels tight yet a heavy sunken in feeling i feel as though my rib moves if i bend that way its hard to get comfortable in any position no injuries no pain w/ full stomach or breathin?

: That area is a meeting place for lower anterior ribs &amp;rib cage muscles &amp;nerves,base of the left lung,spleen,left upper abdominal muscles,splenic flexure of the colon,edge of stomach&amp;duodenum. Dull symptomatology there,in the absence of other symptoms or injury could be of minor musculoskeletal origin. Have an MD examine you. Any appropriate testing can be done depending upon the assessment.

i very rarely have an appetite. when i do eat i am always a little uncomfortable afterwards and my stomach will feel tight. my stomach literally struggles to digest most things. could it be my sjogrens causing the discomfort while digesting?

: Your symptom is not a typical symptom of Sjogren' s syndrome but systemic sclerosis which is somewhat close to to sjogren may cause your stomach symptoms. You should discuss with your doctor and ask for a GI referral. Good luck!

after excercise my stomach/chest bounces with my heartbeat.it's so strong and uncomfortable. feel shaky after hard excercise and mild chest tightness?

The doctor needs to verify that you have an live pregnancy located inside the uterus and not an ectopic pregnancy located inside the fallopian tubes. If you have already done this then one can take Tylenol (acetaminophen) and schedule a follow up visit.

May be lip eczema: Persistent dry, tight, or bumpy lips can be lip eczema, which may be treated like skin eczema, using hydrocortisone cream (twice a day for 1 week) plus Vaseline or Aquaphor to retain moisture. Sometimes lip balm or lip sunscreen chemicals cause an allergic reaction. Other times, a person is a primary lip-licker (it's her habit). Once cracked, lips get irritated by routine foods. A doctor can help.

Dont worry: Take 4 dulcolax tablets at night (all 4 as one dose). Next morning you will have good bm. And will clean your system. Then take Reglan (metoclopramide) 10 mg, one tablet every night for 2 weeks.
