i hav some questions regarding my testicles.i feel my right side testicle is smaller than the left one and i feel my right side testicle is punctured ?

Probably normal: Often, one testicle is larger than the other, and the left testicle usually hangs a little lower and may therefore seem larger. I don't know what you mean by a puncture, so i cannot comment on that part of your question.

i been having pain in my scrotum and the veins are swollen and my right testicle is way smaller than the left one and it hurts all the time.?

Varicocele: Swollen veins inside the scrotum can be caused by a varicocele or varicose veins which can slow down the testicle circulation and thus produce pain because of lack of oxygen. Having the varicocele on the right side for a prolonged length of time not only causes atrophy or shrinkage of the testicle but also causes decreased sperm production.

i have a small pain in my left testicle and was wondering what it could be or the cause of it?

Epididymitis: inflammation of the tube which carries sperm from the testicle to the ejaculate is a common cause of testicular pain in young men. It may be associated with STD's and other bacterial infection....CHECK THIS OUT with your Family or Primary Care Provider!

right testicle is fine. left has no pain and feels like hard?

: I would visit with your doc and seek testing to confirm this. For some, the 2nd testis remains in the abdomen and has a higher lifetime risk of cancer if not removed.

Unrelated: the bump that you have is on the skin of scrotum not related to varicocele, which is inside the scrotal sac. The bump may be related to a hair follicle in the scrotal skin,

Doctor can evaluate: A guy in his early 30's with one or two lumps on a testicle should not be ignored. His doctor should closely examine both testes and scrotum. An appendix of a testicle (a small lump near a testicle) might be a lump on the testicle. No lump growth or change in many, many years makes a lump likely non-cancerous... but new lumps are unknowns and need to be examined closely.

my son is 14 years old and has noticed he has 4 or 5 small lumps in his left testicle. the lumps can't be moved on their own.

Lumps testicles: It is recommended to have a doctor exam you if you find any new lumps or bumps on your testicles.

You need Medical att: It seems to me that you have infection in the area under your testicles. You should go see a physician, PCP or Urologist, ASAP and let them examine and decide if you need antibiotics or any additional local intervention based on their diagnosis.
