up my right lung hurts when i breathe deep, started days ago, it comes and goes. my heath is good, could it be serious & should i worry?

Right lung pain: This does not sound serious.  The pain may be originating in your ribs, the lung or the lining of your lungs (pleura).  Did you recent have a fall or hurt your self, or a recent cold or infection with cough.  Try not to worry, but if it gets worse then see your doctor for a check up.

Pleurisy or other dx: Pain with breathing is called 'pleuritic pain'. Pleurisy or pneumonia can cause inflammation of the 'lung lining' so it is important to distinguish these 2 causes. Pneumonia usually has other symptoms: cough/fever/fatigue/short of breath. A chest xray can help make the diagnosis. The treatment for pleurisy is 'anti-inflammatories' (nsaids) such as aleve (naproxen). Hope you are better soon!

Need to see Doc ASAP: Right lung pain may suggest pneumonia, pleurisy, blood clots etc. Needs medical evaluation as soon as possible. Below the diaphragm pathology/diseases are of concern too, like abscess, hiatal hernia, gastritis etc.

Many things.: Could have fluid around the lung, a blood clot, a partial collapse of your lung, pneumonia, or just a strain of your chest.  Should probably see your doc and discuss - consider CXR.

See your doctor: These types of symptoms need to be augmented with a physical examinations and perhaps a chest x-ray.  Talk with your doctor.

From exercising : You are describing pain where the intercostal muscles attach to ribs. This is generally from a pulled or slightly torn tendon at that point and usually is the result of exercise. Hold off on working out until it goes away. Tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen may help in the meantime

i am a regular smoker of marijuana. i took a toke of marijuana and choked and now my right lung hurts. could it b a cramp? it's hard for me to breath

Probably muscular: It is rare to have pain coming from the lung itself. Your choking probably strained muscles in your chest wall/ribcage- esp. If the pain is worse with taking a deep breath. You might try an icepack over the sore area, the homeopathic remedy arnica and Ibuprofen or Aspirin to relieve the pain. If the pain worsens or you feel short of breath you should seek medical care.

Bronchospasm...: You may be having bronchospasm as a result of the recent cold. It is very common to have bronchospasm following an upper respiratory infection. Treatment includes a bronchodilator inhaler and possibly a steroid inhaler. See your doctor for diagnosis and treatment.

It could be a number: Of things, such as pneumonia, pleuritis, pulmonary embolism, pneumothorax, cholecystitis, hepatitis, infection or tumor in appendix, colon, liver, or kidney, zoster, etc.  As you can see, you will need a doctor to figure this one out for you.
