You must: See a doctor for possible antibiotics.  An infection on nose can spread to brain really fast.  Go to ed if your doctor cannot see you over weekend.

my nose has been pulsing/twitching for a week, and i've been getting chills all over my body, what can be causing this?

Prodrome: You may have inhaled a viral infection earlier this week. The virus will attach itself to the lining of your nose and begin to "crawl" towards your deeper respiratory tract. This is often described as a burning sensation in the nose. Your body is now responding and the chills are the first days of feeling ill (prodrome). Rest, drink fluids, don't be surprised if fever shows up next 24 hours.

when i put my head on pillow i hear heart beat in left ear. i feel twitches, pulsing in head, nose, ear , neck and jaw. slight movement in face.

Likely no: It's hard to know what you mean by "nerves on both sides of the nose." this is likely a pulsating sensation coming from pressure within the maxillary sinuses due to infection or from irritation of the infra-orbital nerves which run under the eye and through the top of the maxillary sinus before exiting the skull below your eye to give sensation over the cheeks.

A little unusual...: Nope, Teresa, I've never heard that one before. Could it be rebound from overusing decongestants such as Afrin (oxymetazoline) nose spray (or illicit drugs?) You are describing blood vessel congestion which normally wouldn't clear with nose blowing. No, you ought to have rhinoscopy done - a fiberoptic examination of your nose to rule out foreign body or a vascular growth/abnormality. Call an otolaryngologist.

Yes: The soft spot is are region of the skull where the bones are not yet developed but will grow in with time.  Major blood channels are located in this region, and the area will pulsate with the heart beat and with breathing in a normal manner.  In cases of severe brain pressure the soft spot can bulge and the pulsing may stop.  This becomes a serious problem that needs urgent evaluation.

i have sharp pain in one part of my head pulsing every hr or so then goes away. also feeling quite weak. what could this be?

Can be migraine,,: This can easily be a migraine as the symptoms you've described fit it quite well.  A visit to your doctor is in order to not only find out what can be prescribed to you that best helps it, but also to rule our anything else, especially if this pain gets worse.  Best of luck.
