Spine Pain Options: This pain in the distribution as you suggested is the result of an irritated nerve or facet joints or other injury typically in the lumbar spine (low back) which are caused by herniated disks, spinal stenosis or degenerative disc disease,  etc requiring further evaluation by a spine specialist and may be candidate for facet injections/radiofrequency ablation and epidural steroid injection.

Conception: It's possible that you conceived on the 9th or 10th as the egg usually lasts about one day. If your period is delayed, obtain a pregnancy test. Consult your gynecologist for more advice.

Biomechanical: Carrying a heavy toddler will, of course, put a strain on the back muscles. The deep muscles of the back, along with quadratus lumborum may be involved. Start with yoga style stretching for the low back, also leg crosses and pulling kness to chest while lying on the floor. If your hips have rotated from repetitive strain, you may need to see a physical therapist for sacroiliac joint correction.

Pregnancy test: I am unaware of how regular your periods are, but pregnancy is always a likely answer.  it all depends on your cycle and exposure to sex.  Usually I would do the test 1-2 weeks after a missed period, but you can do it now if you feel that you are pregnant.  The back pain can be treated with tylenol, (acetaminophen) ibuprofen, while you wait, but it is always best not to take anything if you think pregnancy

Cross SLR : This could be a sign of a lumbar spine intervertebral disc herniation or something else. See your doctor for further evaluation and  examination. The history and exam may be able to diagnose a disc herniation. An MRI is often needed to confirm the diagnosis and to help guide treatment options.

That is somewhat: Dependent on how you are lying down but it may be of a degenerative nature of your spine possibly disc related or to the small joints of your back known as facet joints or even both.  Stretching prior to lying down or even otc meds may help.  Also check the condition and age of your mattress which generally last about 7 years.

Many Possibilities: Depending on how long it's been going on, i would consider an evaluation by a spine specialist.  Sometimes it could be a muscle imbalance, early onset arthritis or scoliosis.  Also could be a pinched nerve/herniated disc.  Either way it might be good to figure it out and get appropriate treatment.

lower back pain. its dull/ sharp when i lay down, and move in certain positions laying down/sitting. i do not feel any pain when im up and moving? maybe slight but not noticeable. is this muscle or bone related? 2/3 weeks pain. doc? chiropractor?

: This inconstant pain, depending on "moving in certain positions " may come from injury or fracture of the coccyx, which is essentially not treatable except with pain medications.  This can also arise from a herniated vertebral disc.  See an orthopedic physician for appropriate imaging studies and treatment if possible.
