Blue Lips: When you are in cold surroundings, the blood vessels in your skin become narrower. This narrowing reduces the amount of heat lost through your skin and channels more blood to the internal organs that run your body. When the blood vessels in your skin contract, it loses its usual pinkish color-a color that comes from the regular supply of red blood flowing through it-and you appear pale.

Chin symptoms: The black/bluish discoloration could represent a subcutaneous hemorrhage in the left chin area. This might also cause some numbness and tingling. You could also have early symptoms of shingles involving the left chin area (herpes zoster). If these symptoms worsen you should see your physician.

Cold : Cold sores are common and are caused by herpes simplex 1 virus.  It often occurs during periods of other illness, sun burn or stress.  You may try variuos otc preparations for it. 
Your physician also can prescribe antiviral medication to take with the onset of coldsores which seem to help too.  Best wishes.

Possibly a Mucocele: If your injury was just yesterday, the white bump may be called a mucocele. These are injuries to small salivary glands in the skin of the inside of the lip. These are usually harmless and usually go away without and treatment. Sometimes they persist and may need treatment by a dentist.

It's a "hot" sore: It sounds like the lip is injured and possibly infected from "hot sex" not a cold sore such as herpes. If it continues to swell and be red, she should have a MD or DDS evaluate the area as the mouth has the most pathogenic (disease producing) bacteria in the body. Yes, even more so than the  vagina.

: Any skin injury, sore, ulcer, etc -- no matter what the cause -- commonly stays red for a while after healing. It will clear up over a few more weeks or months. In the meantime, make-up to cover it is your only option. By the way, Compeed has no herpes benefit. You can most quickly stop oral herpes outbreaks with a single 2g dose of valacylvoir by mouth if you take it at first sign. Good luck.
