Cycling: You must try to ride your bike sometimes during the weekend to ease the pain in your legs.  Strecthing before and after riding the bike helps as well.

my left leg hurts in the morning when i get up. it is most noticeable if i hav take alcohol  previous night.  50, 185cm, 85kg. should i worry?

Depends: Usually this relates to a chemical imbalance after moderate amounts of alcohol are consumed. Joints are commonly incolved in this process, and most often noticed in the lower extremity. If no injury occurred and anti-inflammatory meds (motrin, aleve) help, then it seems likely this is the problem. If it persists, its worth getting looked at to ensure it isn't a more serious problem (gout, djd, etc).

Menstrual Pain ?: Pain felt  away from the original source  it is called "referred pain".  Pelvic pain often runs to the inner thigh. This should be evaluated especially when associated with menstrual flow.  Consult with your physician.

Fascial tightness: There is a band of tissue overlying the muscles and tendons, and under the skin and fat, called the fascia.  The flexibility or stretchiness, or elasticity of this band, allows us to bend over.  If that covering of tissue becomes taut then bending over, will cause pain and tightness.  With stretching exercises, the elasticity can be restored.

basically, my left leg hurts really bad, i can hardly walk on it and i'm wondering if i should get crutches for it? im not sure.

Sure: You can get crutches so you don't have to try and bear weight on the limb.  But I would also recommend seeing a doctor to find out why you have such severe leg pain.  Ibuprofen or tylenol (acetaminophen) will also help in the interim with pain until you can see the doctor.

i have very bad, very uncomfortable pain in my lower-mid back. it does jot hurt so bad unless i am sitting or laying down. my left leg hurts too.

See physician: Even though you are young problems can still occur with the back. If left leg hurting there is possibility that nerve root is being pressured. This can occur because of protruding disc problem, spinal canal narrowing or congenital abnormality. Should consult physician for physical exam and possibly imaging such as mr examination.

One leg weakness: First you have to see a neurologist to find out why 20 y o m is immobile, with strength loss and weakness in left leg. What are the neuromuscular problems?You need MRI of lsspine, left hip ; knee. Also the nerve conduction studies on left lower leg. Sooner the better. Thanks.

Sciatica?: This might be sciatica (sciatic nerve impingement in the sacrum/pelvis) causing pain to shoot down the leg.  Typically, it improves with time (days-couple of weeks).  Rest, antiinflammatories.

Thumb pain: It seems you have a thumb infection and other problems.  See your doctor for diagnosis and treatment.
