You really need to have "him" see a doctor who can have an actual conversation with "him" and examine "him" because I doubt you'll get any kind of satisfactory answer this way. Never should worry: Hand numbness at your tender young age could be several different things; none of which need cause you to worry but doing something about it is another story.  My recommendation is for you to get a good musculoskeletal as well as neurological examination to determine what may be causing these annoying symptoms. Blood tests may be necessary. I'd try avoiding invasive tests right now if possible.

Cubital tunnel: May be a pinched nerve at your elbow. This will cause numbness / tingling in the ring and small finger and weakness in your hand. If symptoms are persisting / worsening, seek evaluation by a hand surgeon.

Migraine: If you are having new symptoms that differ from your usual headache pattern, go to the er and be checked.  You may be having a stroke-- at the very least, you will need a complete physical exam, labs, and an imaging study to check things out.
