Numbness w/ BM: Not usual. Did it occur during a bowel movement?  Straining increases pressure in the body/head /abdomen and that can irritate nerves/ have vascular effect.or position.   if    does not resolve after BM would seek medical attention immediately to check for vascular /nerve effects. If unrelated to BM could be lyme, positional , rarely MS .Drink fluids 2-3L/d eat fiber .   F/U w/doc

Neurologist: To give you better answer i need more information.Generally speaking, first and foremost you nee good clinical neurological exam. Find good neurologist who will not shy away but spend enough time with you examining your body and history of your illness.

When in doubt: Get an MRI to r/o more serious conditions.  Numbness in all of these areas suggest more might be going on.

Nerve impingement: These symptoms most likely arise in your neck/cervical spine.  It can also arise from your brain from something like a stroke but this is less likely if the face is not involved.  Nerve impingement should not be taken lightly.  Any neurologic deficits such as these should be evaluated by a physician promptly.  If you develop any functional loss or weakness that would represent an emergency.

Multiple systems: Those are a lot of symptoms.  You should start by seeing your primary care physician to make sure that there is nothing systemic going on.  After that a neurologist or physiatrist can evaluate the multiple areas of pain to see if they are related or if there are several causes.

Subjective complaint: The symptoms listed are subjective, meaning there are no associated physical signs (at least via internet). A dr obtained medical history & physical exam may help find objective findings related to your condition which may in turn lead to a diagnosis. A brain MRI is mandatory in a 32 y/o female w/ symptoms, especially if not new+neuro consult+emg/ncv.  Labs should be done, but often unyielding.

Headache?: Any reason to believe you are having a stroke ?   Are you having any weakness anywhere? How is your speech?  The areas you described aren't linked so easily. Only place i source i could think of would be in your brain, but even there, what you are describing is just one place. Seek help please!

You are uncomforable: Not all of your symptoms will fit into one neat diagnosis. I'd start with a good neurology exam  which can address vertigo, burning leg sensation, numbness of the face.
