Yes: The tmj, temporo-manbdibular-joint, is just in front of the ear. There is a connection. See your dentist to evaluate the cause and discuss your options for treatment.

i often get ear pain, it's not continuous but it keeps popping out. talked to ear specialist he recommended me to dentist saying ear is okay, dentist check my jaw and he said jaw is also okay. got some painkillers but i guess they are not the soln.

Sinusitis: You may have a sinus infection, you need to see your doctor to treat it, if you have allergies they need to be controlled to stop these recurrent sinus infections. See an allergist and get tested and determine your triggers.

Not usually: Tension headaches are usually in the back of the head. What you are describing sounds more like sinus congestion or a sinus infection. See your doctor, as medications are available for both conditions if indicated. Hope this helps!

Neck popping: I do not know what you mean by node tenderness in upper chest. The only nodes in upper chest are inside the chest. Happy to do 2nd opinion to better get to the problem.

Localization: Your description doesn't provide enough detail to localize the symptoms; if you haven't seen a neurologist, that might be a consideration to aid in assessment.  But certainly a second opinion if you have might also be an option.  And you should speak with your physician who ordered the imaging in the first place to determine if they have thoughts on the differential diagnosis.

my right ear was hurting and now my left ear hurts as well and it sounds like i'm a tunnel and left ear popping regularly?

Ear pain: This feeling can be caused by many issues, such as a sinus infection, increased allergies with inner ear congestion, ear infections, etc.  So, it should be checked by a Dr. with an otoscope, an instrument to look into the ear, for a diagnosis of the area and the subsequent treatment.
