CAH: Hi. In our lab, that would be high. Did your doc check it to evaluated period irregularities and hirsutism? If so (and assuming a similar normal range to the lab I'm familiar with), it is consistent with non-classical congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) due to a sluggish 21-hydroxylase enzyme in the steroidogenic pathway. The 17-OHP leads to androgenic steroids (androstenedione &amp; testosterone).

Vitamin D: Although there is some controversy  about the cutoff of normal level of vitamin d, it is generally agreed that above 30 is a normal level. So, your level is only slightly below that, and 400-500 iu of vit d3 supplement should be sufficient, and 1000 iu will certainly raise it above 30. Depending on your risk for osteoporosis, higher levels of vit d may be recommended.

Vitamin D: Your vitamin d level is low, and a healthier one would be at least 50ng/ml.  Perhaps you do not trust what your doctor told you, so are asking online physicians about this?  You could take 2000-5000iu/day, especially in winter.  Talk with your doctor about this.  Testing again in 3-4 months will give you a signpost to ongoing replacement as needed.
