Quite possibly: It can be from damage to lymphatic vessels caused by repeated injections. This is serious and if it is this, you need to be examined and hopefully treated ASAP. Lymphatic obstruction can become dangerous, so have an exam. Best wishes!

See below: You are abusing your body and mind. Quit meth. Seek help, while you are ahead.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

i shot meth into my vein on side of my hand and it is swollen, my hand is numb and there is lots of redness around that area and up my arm a little bi?

Need UCC or ED.: Two thoughts.  You may have injected into the subcutaneous tissue around the vein, causing an infiltration.  Or you could have introduced bacteria into the area and caused a cellulitis (or tendinitis or osteomyelitis depending on what the needle may have hit).  Regardless, you need a doctor to evaluate the area and determine if any acute treatment would be required.

i missed an injection of meth in my hand, i registered blood and it didnt burn or hurt going in. now my hand is swollen with a heavy numbness reaching the tip of my index finger and thumb. what should i do?

Take Action: Keep hand elevated to minimize swelling and get evaluation now. Losing hand function or your hand is not a good thing. Symptoms you have could indicate infection or compromise of circulation or nerves to hand. Do not wait! The longer the delay the more chance things may become permanent and full recovery less likely.

: cant tell for sure without exam. But most of these gradually become smaller over time and gradually disappear. Pl abstain from this in the future.

Toxic reactions: I believe you are causing local vasoconstrictive reactions which can result in swelling of the hands.  This constriction can be in the venous return of the hands as well since the drug you are using is extremely powerful and can affect both arterial and venous returns.

Elevation...: Above the level of your heart is probably the most important initial maneuver. Usually there is a reason for a swollen hand (e.g. Infection or injury.) if it does not improve with elevation, you should be evaluated by a doctor.
